Payroll: This service is also customized to fit, and several options are available to discuss and decide what is right for you. Both desktop and cloud solutions are offered at reasonable rates. Setup, Training, Troubleshooting: Setup in QuickBooks is an important, sometimes crucial step in keeping good records, especially if you use several of the more complex components of QuickBooks, and can sometimes save you many headaches down the road. It is wise to accompany this with training, sometimes after you have become somewhat familiar with the basics, to learn some of the common mistakes, shortcuts, etc. that can make keeping your records easier and more efficient. The troubleshooting comes in handy if something has gone wrong -- sometimes the 'fixes' are simple and quick, sometimes unfortunately not, but making a phone call is certainly a good first step to take to find out. Bank Reconciliations: It is important to keep your bank reconciled monthly to insure the accuracy of your records. This can be performed in-house by staff, but for reasons of privacy or division of duties sometimes is performed by an outside professional. |
